As a solo-operated beauty brand, I value your trust and am committed to providing a personalized, luxury brow experience with transparency, professionalism, and care.

Below are my business policies, standards, and procedures designed to protect both you as a client and myself as an independent provider.

Business Structure

Eyebrow Delicacy is a small, independently operated business owned and managed solely by Denise Baker. I provide both beauty services (specializing in eyebrow threading and enhancements) and physical/digital beauty products. While I am passionate about my craft, this is a legitimate business and not a hobby. All payments, appointments, and interactions are treated with professional standards.

Appointments & Payments

* **Prepayment Required:** All services must be paid in full **at the time of booking** to secure your appointment. Due to limited availability and a high volume of inquiries, this policy ensures fairness and commitment on both ends.

* **Accepted Payment Methods:**

 * **Preferred:** Online Debit/Credit Card Payment

 * **Also Accepted:** Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash

 * **CASH**
**Same-Day/Walk-In Availability:** While appointments are preferred, same-day or walk-in appointments may be accepted **only if time allows.** Please check availability in advance.

* **Waitlist Option:** If your desired time is unavailable, you may request to join the waitlist for any cancellations or openings.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

I understand life happens, if you need to reschedule, your payment will be transferred to your new appointment. I ask that you give as much notice as possible to respect both our times. If you do not show up to your appointment without prior notice (no call/no show) your payment is non-refundable.

Consultations & Special Services

For Brow Lamination, Tint & Lash Enhancement services, a brief consultation is required in advance. Please contact me before booking these services to ensure proper scheduling, suitability and to answer any questions.

Pricing Transparency 

Prices vary depending on the service and may change based on promotions or eligibility for discounts.
Special Discounts may be available for:

• First-Time Clients
• Returning Clients
• Students
• Military Personnel 

All prices will be clearly communicated before confirming appointments.

Product & Digital Sales

Eyebrow Delicacy offers products both physical and digital. All purchases are final unless the product is defective or there was an issue with fulfillment. Please reach out directly for customer service regarding orders or shipping issues.

Client Respect & Communication 

I strive to create a peaceful, respectful, and welcoming space for all clients. Please arrive on time, communicate clearly and respect the studio guideline. I’m here to help you look and feel your best—and your satisfaction matters to me.

Legal & Business Compliance

Eyebrow Delicacy adheres to all applicable California State laws, Health & Sanitation standards and operates under ethical e-commerce practices. All personal information shared with me is treated with confidentiality and care.
